Terms
By using Orvane you agree to the following. It's short on purpose.
Use it for what it's for
Orvane is for coordinating private stays at properties you own or are invited to. Don't use it to commercially rent out a property to strangers — there are better tools for that.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the actions taken with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, change your password and let us know.
Content you add
You own the property names, descriptions, photos, and notes you upload. You give us permission to store and display that content to the people you've invited to your property.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Orvane running but offer no specific uptime guarantee. Bookings, photos, and member data are backed up daily; we don't promise zero data loss.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that misuse the service (spam, abuse, illegal content). We'll always try to explain why.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that can't be settled by talking goes to the courts of the district where Armlab is registered.
